Tashi Delek! (May you be auspicious, perfect and happy!)
We extend out heartfelt invitation for you to continue to create a sense of community at Emaho Center. Emaho Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, led by its spiritual director ZaChoeje Rinpoche, a volunteer board of directors, and supported by our Sangha. Emaho Foundation is dedicated to three missions:
1. To preserve and share the Tibetan culture;
2. To support humanitarian projects and;
3. To assist with spiritual development.
The third mission is fulfilled through Emaho Center, our Tibetan Buddhist Dharma center, which is a sanctuary for nurturing inner peace and a safe place to practice love and compassion, community caring and universal responsibility. For many of us, Emaho Center has become our spiritual home and family.
It is our intent to foster an inclusive community for all people that models the six perfections:
1. Generosity
2. Morality
3. Patience
4. Enthusiasm
5. Concentration
6. Understanding
As we grow and expand our programming, support a residence teacher and have our Center open more frequently, we need the committed support of our Sangha. The operating costs to keep Emaho Center running are a minimum of $5000 monthly. Your regular donation will allow us to help meet our operating expenses so we can begin to offer the teachings at no cost and support our continued growth.
Please join us as a Sangha Supporter by making monthly, annual or one-time donations. Emaho Center will continue to welcome all those who join this program, as well as those who cannot make this commitment at this time. Rinpoche's teachings will continue to be equally open to everyone.
