During this special workshop ZaChoeje Rinpoche will explain the
philosophy of Guru Yoga, an essential foundation practice in the
Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist tradition.

While Guru Yoga is often interpreted simply as relying on a
spiritual teacher for guidance, the practice ultimately focuses
on cultivating our own inner guru: the realization of wisdom
and compassion.

Starting in February, Rinpoche will begin leading a formal Guru
Yoga meditation group. The Guru Yoga workshop will provide
helpful insights into the practice before the sessions begin.
